Being married & knowing my husband for these past 14yrs, who is the drummer of Lord Adder, X-Vandals, Subculture & Abstrass, there is no doubt that I am into rock music. Being behind the scenes of live gigs, recordings, etc. means sacrifice but above all satisfaction. For sure, I'm proud of what my husband, Ray Micallef, do.

I am involved into promoting his bands & giving a helping hand when need arise. Besides the most important aspect is to believe in what he and his respective bands do and totally give them my support. It is very important for a musician to have support not only from fans and friends but from his family.

This page is especially designed to be informative on the bands my husband plays in, besides making new friends.

Hereunder is a short profile on each band:-

Lord Adder were formed way back in 1992. They played twice at The Marquee in London, The Garage in UK and have won also a competiton in Italy by placing first out of 23 Italian Bands. Besides they have supported locally Eagles Tribute Band in 1995, Black Sabbath in 1995, Girlschool in 1995, Iron Maiden in 1996, Saxon in 1996. They have released Hemlock in 1995 and Behind Closed Doors in 1997. In 2002 Lord Adder took a preety long break but I can confirm officially that they have reunited once again with Mark Spiteri on Vox and Bass, Aldo Spiteri on Guitar and Backing Vox and Ray Micallef on Drums and our new members James Spiteri (X-Vandals) on bass and Mark Azzopardi (Zlayer, of Martryium) on rhytm guitar.

X-Vandals are Rusty on vox, Ray Schembri on Guitar, James on Bass & Ray Micallef on Drums. Erosion of Our Liberty was their first release & last month they have finished the recording of their second CD. On Saturday, 13th June at Remedy,PV X-Vandals shall be releasing their second CD entitled "Breach The Silence". It will also feature our new addition to the band Mark Zlayer on guitar together with the other members. Guest Bands for the nite are local bands Victims of Creation and Thy Legion. Entrance is 7 Euros and includes all 3 Live Bands + Free CD of Breach The Silence + Free Vodka/Redbull upon entrance.
